Abstract

Educating in a context of diversity and uniqueness to live in a world of plurality is the main focus of this article, taking into account the role of the school as a space and institution that promotes interpersonal bonds that are fundamental to a culture of values. It is believed that when children, adolescents and young people come to school they are not simply occupying empty chairs or a plate of food, but hoping to build a formative path capable of inserting them into a world, as unique people who transform themselves, others and the world itself. There is a silent violence occurring between what is experienced and what is planned to be experienced. Therefore, this article seeks to demonstrate how the role of school management is fundamental in the educational process and in the construction of an educational policy of non-violence and the appreciation of school spaces as an environment that leads the action of promoting healthy practices that can reach families, thus minimizing the contradictions between school and home.
