Brazil is one of the world's leading agricultural producers, but unfortunately, our country ranks first in pesticide consumption. Because pesticides have serious impacts on human health, their use should be considered a silent public health emergency. Therefore, this integrative review will address the repercussions of pesticides on human health, with an emphasis on the vascular system.
