APITOXINA NO TRATAMENTO INFLAMATÓRIO ARTICULAR, MÚSCULO-ESQUELÉTICO, FIBROMIALGIA E DOR CRÔNICA: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA (2015–2025)

Objetivo: Consolidar as evidências científicas (2015–2025) sobre o uso terapêutico da apitoxina (veneno de Apis mellifera) em condições inflamatórias articulares, músculo-esqueléticas, fibromialgia e dor crônica. Metodologia: Revisão sistemática narrativa com busca em PubMed, PMC, Scopus e Web of Science, utilizando descritores: bee venom, apitoxin, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, musculoskeletal. Incluídos ensaios clínicos randomizados (RCTs), revisões sistemáticas e meta-análises publicados entre 2015 e 2025. Resultados: A apitoxina demonstra eficácia anti-inflamatória e analgésica por inibição da via NF-κB, supressão de TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 e COX-2. Meta-análise (Sung et al., 2025) confirmou redução significativa da dor (DM: –16,93; IC 95%: –26,35 a –7,51; p < 0,0001). Evidências robustas para artrite reumatoide e osteoartrite; dados promissores para fibromialgia e dor crônica. Conclusão: A apitoxina, especialmente sob forma purificada (≤30 kDa, liofilizada), constitui plataforma terapêutica inovadora com perfil de segurança favorável quando acompanhada de triagem alérgica, demandando RCTs de fase II/III para indicações específicas.
